Rhigi is an e-commerce platform operated by Dice Continental Ltd (“Dice Continental”, “Rhigi”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Rhigi enables customers to discover, purchase, pay for, and manage products and related e-commerce services through our website and mobile applications.

Where account creation is available through the Rhigi Android application, Rhigi will provide a discoverable mechanism for users to initiate account deletion.

Users will also be provided with an external web-based method for requesting deletion.

Upon a valid account-deletion request, Rhigi will delete personal information associated with the account except information that must reasonably be retained for purposes such as:

legal compliance;
tax or accounting obligations;
transaction records;
fraud prevention;
security;
dispute resolution; or
establishment or defence of legal claims.

Information retained for such purposes will remain protected and will not be retained longer than reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.

Important: Rhigi should also publish a dedicated online account-deletion page and provide an in-app deletion path.

Google specifically requires apps offering account creation to provide both an in-app deletion route and an external web resource, and simply suspending or freezing the account does not satisfy the requirement.

Depending on applicable law and circumstances, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the ability to:

request access to certain personal information;

The Rhigi Android application provides mobile access to Rhigi services.

Some functionality is rendered from Rhigi’s online platform through Android WebView technology, while other functionality may be provided by native Android components.

network-state handling;
notifications; and
integration with compatible Android applications.

Rhigi will request Android permissions only where needed for implemented functionality.

Permissions do not automatically mean that Rhigi collects all information technically accessible through a permission. Information collection and use depend upon the particular feature being used.

18. File Uploads and Downloads

Certain Rhigi features may permit users to select, upload or download files.

Files voluntarily uploaded by a user may be transmitted to Rhigi or the relevant service selected by the user.

Downloaded files may be stored on the user’s device according to Android’s storage and download-management mechanisms.
