1. Acceptance

By using rhigi.com, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the policies linked from the website. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter a contract. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials and activity performed through your account. Notify Rhigi promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

3. Product information

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours, scale and appearance may vary by screen or production batch. Images may include props not supplied. Where a material error affects an order, Rhigi may contact the customer to confirm, correct or cancel the transaction with a refund.

4. Prices and promotions

Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira unless stated otherwise. Promotions, vouchers, wallet credit, reward points and negotiated prices may have separate eligibility rules, limits and expiry dates. Obvious pricing or system errors do not create a right to purchase at an unintended price.

5. Formation of contract

An order submission is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not final acceptance. Rhigi accepts an order when payment is confirmed and the order is approved for fulfilment or dispatched. We may reject or cancel an order for stock unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery impossibility, legal restriction or material error, with an appropriate refund of money received.

6. Payment

Payment must be made through methods offered at checkout. Customers must be authorised to use the selected payment method. Rhigi may apply reasonable fraud-prevention checks and request verification before fulfilment.

7. Delivery, returns and warranties

The Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, Delivery Information and Warranty Policy form part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected data, interfere with transactions, create fraudulent orders or abuse promotions, wallets, points or AI-negotiated offers.

9. Intellectual property

Rhigi branding, website design, software, text, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to Dice Continental Ltd. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the website for personal shopping.

10. Third-party services

Payments, logistics, hosting, analytics and communications may be provided by third parties. Their services may also be governed by their own terms. Rhigi remains responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be delegated.

11. Liability

Rhigi does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, loss caused by customer misuse, or interruption outside our reasonable control. Nothing limits statutory rights relating to unsafe, defective or misdescribed goods.

12. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Customers should first contact help@rhigi.com so we can attempt a fair resolution. A customer may also approach the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission or another competent authority or court.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms for operational, legal or security reasons. The version in effect when an order is accepted generally governs that order, except where a change is required by law.
